About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an OTA Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Hotel Front Office, Reservations, or Guest Relations who want to build a career in hotel distribution, online sales, and revenue management.
No prior experience in OTA management is required. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced professionals to learn how leading hotels manage their online bookings and maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing hotel listings across OTA platforms.
- Support daily updates of room rates and availability.
- Coordinate with hotel front office teams regarding reservations.
- Handle booking modifications and guest queries.
- Maintain accurate reservation records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Learn and implement OTA best practices under supervision.
Who We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Hotel Front Office, Reservations, or Guest Relations.
- Hotel Management graduates or candidates from the hospitality industry are preferred.
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
