Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data extraction from scanned/readable documents, web portals, and applications using Selenium. The role also involves data ingestion, validation, and automation using Python, VBA, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities: Develop Python scripts for data extraction from scanned/readable documents and web portals.
Automate web interactions using Selenium for data scraping and ingestion.
Implement data validation workflows using Python.
Python tool compilation and create a build (.exe) for desktop user using python libraries.
Build and maintain VBA automation scripts for Excel-based processes.
Design and deploy Power Automate flows for business process automation.
Work with advanced Excel features including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Proficient with MS point for effective presentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into web applications.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the pipeline.
Document processes and maintain version control of scripts and automation flows.
Proficient with requirement gathering, documentation, project management and stakeholder management
Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
Experience with Selenium for web automation.
Knowledge of OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract) for scanned document processing.
Hands-on experience with VBA scripting in Excel.
Proficiency in Power Automate and its integration with other Microsoft tools.
Advanced Excel skills including macros, formulas, and data visualization.
Familiarity with data ingestion techniques and APIs.
Good understanding of data validation and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience working in agile environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
