The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, monitoring financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing reconciliations, supervising accounting processes, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for hotel properties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Monitor revenue entries, invoices, bills, and payment transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, GST calculations, TDS entries, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Verify departmental expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control activities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and financial procedures.
- Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure smooth workflow within the accounts department.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
