Responsibilities:
- Being able to travel frequently and do outstation work.
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments.
- Provide on-site training to the customers.
- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, operating, service and repairs.
- Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
- Keeping Service /Technical documents and Report.
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Skills:
- Basic Knowledge in soldering and wiring Process.
- Preferred Good Communication Skill in Hindi and English
- Basic skills on workshop jobs (assembling, PCB repair etc.)
- Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Being able to work alone or with a team.
- Being self-motivated.
- Must be willing to travel on a short Notice .
Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronics.
Experience: 1 - 3Years
