About Analytics Circle
Analytics Circle is a leading training institute specializing in Data Analytics, Data Science, Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI training. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to support our digital marketing, student operations, and administrative activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Generate and follow up on leads from calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and social media.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and batches.
- Maintain student records, attendance, fee details, and training schedules.
- Assist in hiring interns, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Support training coordination and help conduct orientation sessions for new students and interns.
- Guide and assist junior interns in their daily tasks.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth batch operations.
- Prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle student enquiries and follow-ups professionally.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or Data Analytics.
- Experience with Canva, video editing, or content creation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.
- Prior experience in student counselling, administration, or operations.
Eligibility
- Graduate, pursuing graduation, or recent graduate from any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Important Note
- Candidate must be based in or willing to work from Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.
- This is a completely offline role; remote work is not available.
- Availability on weekdays is mandatory.
