How can you make an Impact?
Drive end-to-end statutory approvals, permissions, licenses, NOCs, and regulatory clearances required for project development and execution.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with government departments, regulatory authorities, local bodies, and community stakeholders.
Represent the organization in meetings with government officials and regulatory agencies.
Monitor and track approval timelines and statutory requirements.
Manage preparation, submission, and follow-up of documentation related to land applications, permissions, registrations, and project approvals.
Maintain comprehensive records and MIS dashboards on approval status and compliance requirements.
Monitor changes in real estate regulations and advise project teams accordingly.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Projects, Architecture, Finance, and Business Development teams.
Develop productive relationships with key government authorities and local stakeholders.
Support strategic project planning by identifying regulatory requirements and compliance risks.
What are we looking for?
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; LLB preferred.
5–7 years of experience in Liaisoning, Government Relations, Regulatory Approvals, or Statutory Compliance.
Prior experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or related industries.
Strong understanding of statutory approvals, licenses, NOCs, and regulatory processes.
Proven ability to build relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.
Effective coordination with cross-functional teams and strong documentation/MIS management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
Proactive approach to managing approvals, compliance requirements, and regulatory risks.
Pay: ₹50,000.35 - ₹60,002.43 per month
Work Location: In person
