Job Title: Telecaller - Sales (Hindi & English)
Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller (Sales) for our office in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi, with a proven ability to convert calls into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain the company’s products/services clearly and pitch them effectively.
Handle customer objections, convince them, and close the sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Language: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and excellent sales closing skills.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales (Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply).
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).
Incentives: High performance-based incentives/commission on every successful sale.
