4. Role Purpose: To support clinic revenue and client experience through effective financial counselling, treatment coordination, revisit management, and relationship handling.

6. Key Responsibilities:
a. Financial Counselling:
i. Explain treatment plans, pricing, and package options to clients
ii. Support doctors and clinic teams in treatment conversions
iii. Improve client confidence and decision-making
b. Client Coordination:
i. Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups
ii. Ensure smooth communication between clients and clinic teams
iii. Manage revisit coordination and continuity of care
c. Client Experience:
i. Ensure positive client journey and service experience
ii. Address client concerns proactively
iii. Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
d. Revisit & Retention Support:
i. Support revisit planning and retention activities
ii. Coordinate pending treatments and package utilization
iii. Track client drop-offs and follow-up status
e. Documentation & Reporting:
i. Maintain accurate counselling and client records
ii. Update CRM/coordination notes regularly
iii. Share daily coordination
