Key Responsibilities of an HR Manager
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues and grievances.
- Administer performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and workforce matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
