Digitron India is hiring an experienced and dedicated L2 Engineer – AMC Operations for the Hyderabad location. This role is focused on maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for ELV systems, including CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, and Networking Infrastructure.
We are looking for a technically strong, field-ready professional who can independently handle AMC operations, client support, and service-level commitments. Candidates must have hands-on experience in CCTV and Access Control systems. Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems and access control solutions under AMC contracts.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated issues from technicians and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues at client sites.
- Configure and manage networking devices, including switches, routers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and IP-based security systems.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits and attend breakdown calls as per SLA commitments.
- Maintain service reports, visit logs, AMC documentation, and asset records.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors for timely issue resolution.
- Travel across Hyderabad and nearby regions for service activities and site support.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CCTV and Access Control systems (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of IP Cameras, NVRs/DVRs, Biometric Devices, Access Controllers, Networking, and ELV Systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting network and surveillance system issues.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and site layouts.
- Good communication, reporting, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel (up to 70%).
