About the Role:
Logtech Infoway Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Development & Operations Executive to manage our online store operations, product listings, inventory, and order processing. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about e-commerce and digital retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website and admin panel.
- Upload, update and maintain product information, including specifications, pricing, images, stock and categories.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete and up to date.
- Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer support teams for smooth order processing.
- Manage product inventory and ensure stock availability is accurately reflected on the website.
- Create and update banners, promotional content, and landing pages as required.
- Optimize product pages and website content for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Generate regular reports on website performance, sales, inventory and customer activity.
- Maintain proper documentation of website changes, feature requests and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for data accuracy, security and confidentiality.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO basics and product optimization.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Familiarity with online order processing and reporting.
