The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly disciplined and operationally strong Kitchen Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of kitchen operations from Day 1.
This role is not limited to cooking.
You will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and culture that will eventually power multiple outlets.
The person who joins us today as our first Kitchen Operations Manager has the opportunity to grow into:
- Area Kitchen Manager
- Regional Operations Manager
- Central Kitchen Head
- Head of Operations
- Chief Operating Officer (COO)
as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
SOP Development and Execution
- Develop and document SOPs for all products and kitchen processes.
- Standardize recipes, portion sizes, cooking times, and plating.
- Ensure every customer receives the same product every single time.
Kitchen Operations
- Manage daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality.
Inventory Management
- Maintain opening and closing stock records.
- Monitor inventory movement and consumption.
- Prevent stock-outs and over-ordering.
- Reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
Food Cost Control
- Monitor food cost percentages.
- Identify leakage, over-portioning, and wastage.
- Improve kitchen profitability through operational excellence.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Build a culture of accountability and discipline.
- Ensure all team members follow SOPs consistently.
Hygiene and Compliance
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Ensure all kitchen operations comply with regulations.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Forecast inventory requirements.
- Maintain ingredient quality and consistency.
Reporting
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Track inventory, wastage, production, and efficiency metrics.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in QSR, cloud kitchens, or fast-casual restaurant operations.
- Experience handling inventory and food cost management.
- Strong understanding of SOP-driven kitchens.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment.

Pay: ₹12,536.13 - ₹63,403.50 per month
