- Manage and maintain petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and timely closure.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, voucher preparation, invoice processing, and maintaining accounting records.
- Coordinate with the Head Office to complete accounting tasks, submit reports, and ensure timely compliance with financial procedures.
- Proactiveness in day-to-day requirements in the organization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies.
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and other routine accounting functions as assigned.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required financial information and resolve accounting-related queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar accounting role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
