About the Role- Voltaris Energy is looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR functions and operational activities at our Vadodara office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across people processes and business operations, and who can manage both structured administrative work and ad-hoc problemsolving with equal ease.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer followup.
- Handle onboarding and induction for new hires, including documentation, ID/access setup, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave tracking with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements) with finance.
- Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, facilities, and administrative supplies.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and internal communication. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws) in coordination with compliance partners.
- Support audits and documentation for internal and external reviews. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for HR and operational metrics as required by management
Required Qualifications & Skills-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, generalist HR, or administrative operations roles. Working knowledge of HR processes, labour law basics, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi/Gujarati. High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
- Preferred Attributes- Experience in the australian solar industry, manufacturing, or industrial sector is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving processes. A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
