Professional Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with students and provide detailed information about our courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments. You will play a key role in guiding students, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive interaction experience while achieving admission targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students to inform them about available courses and programs
- Clearly explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Follow up with interested students to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions
- Answer queries and address concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
- Coordinate with the admissions or counseling team when required
- Keep updated with course offerings, schedules, and promotions
- Ensure a positive experience for students through effective communication
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)
- Convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patience and a student-friendly approach.
Additional Requirements:
- Tamil native speaker is mandatory
- Must have a dual SIM smartphone and a laptop
- Company will provide the SIM card for official use
