Krimaa Beauty is looking for an E-commerce Associate to support the day-to-day management and growth of our online store.
This role will be responsible for maintaining the Shopify website, managing product information, supporting customer journeys, tracking performance, and helping optimize the overall e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Management
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store.
- Ensure website content, collections, and pages remain updated.
- Monitor website functionality and customer experience.
Product & Inventory Management
- Upload and update products, shades, descriptions, and imagery.
- Maintain accurate inventory information across the website.
- Coordinate inventory synchronization with operations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website performance and key e-commerce metrics.
- Track sales, conversion rates, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Prepare regular reports and actionable insights.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Execute email and SMS campaigns.
- Manage customer flows, automations, and campaign scheduling.
- Support customer retention and repeat purchase initiatives.
App & Platform Management
- Manage Shopify applications and integrations.
- Monitor app performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist with new feature implementations and testing.
Website Optimization
- Support ongoing website improvements and updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Collaborate on new launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Shopify or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys.
- Interest in beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
