Interior Sales Executive – Job Description
An Interior Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, understanding client requirements, and offering interior design solutions that align with customer needs and budget. The role combines sales expertise with basic design knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements for residential or commercial interior projects
- Present design concepts, materials, and product options to clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure project feasibility
- Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Keep up to date with interior design trends, materials, and pricing
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and space planning
- Ability to read layouts or coordinate with designers
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in interior sales, retail furniture, or design industry preferred

Work Environment

- May require weekend availability depending on business needs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
