Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities at high-rise building projects.
- Monitor labor workforce and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Oversee the operation and safety of suspended platforms, gondolas, and other site equipment used for exterior painting and maintenance.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams.
- Maintain site records and submit progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of construction site operations.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and site coordination.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications are encouraged to apply.
