About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated BMS Engineer to join our team at Omnitech Automations Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS), specifically Honeywell and Schneider platforms. While the primary focus is on BMS, familiarity with ELV systems (such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems) will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems (Honeywell, Schneider).
- Configure and integrate field devices, controllers, and communication networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver successful system handovers.
- Prepare documentation including commissioning reports, system configurations, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS installation and commissioning (Honeywell/Schneider).
- Familiarity with ELV systems integration (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sensors, controllers, and automation protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and system schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
