We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions in our showroom. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable products/services
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, or services
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Sales Support
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Assist in billing coordination and order processing
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales details
Showroom Management
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and product display standards
- Keep track of inventory availability and inform relevant teams
- Assist in visual merchandising and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Degree (any field)
- Prior experience in customer service or showroom sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
- Presentable personality and customer-oriented approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
