Role Overview

At BankKaro, we hire Advocates, not just Account Managers. As a Senior Financial Advocate, you will be the dedicated personal guide for students and families navigating the end-to-end abroad education loan journey — from initial profiling and lender selection to final disbursement. Your mission: Total Anxiety Erasure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategy Vision Calls — align loan structures with the student's 10-year career ROI.
Execute parallel lender applications to eliminate downtime; intercept all lender queries proactively.
Conduct mock verification calls and coach students for lender interviews.
Manage the full lender flow — Personal Discussions, Credit Checks, Disbursement hurdles.
Serve as the bridge between Education Counselors and banks for diverse student cohorts.
Provide live standby support during bank visits and negotiate directly with bank backend ops.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years in abroad education loan facilitation or study-abroad partner management
Fluency in 1–2 South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam)
Full loan process expertise: PD calls, credit checks, disbursal
Strong counselor network and relationship management
Based in Delhi — daily office work

Lead-to-Disbursal Conversion: 45–50%
Funding Certainty Rate: 100%
First-Time-Right Documentation: 100%
Counselor Retention Index: 95%+ repeat referral
Success NPS: 9.8/10
