About the Role
Global Media Marketing & Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical & Analytics Support Executive to support digital operations, analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure for high-impact government and corporate communication projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital analytics, online reputation management (ORM), cybersecurity practices, IT support, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform digital analytics and Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring brand mentions, public sentiment, engagement trends, and online conversations across digital platforms.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and digital engagement.
- Monitor trending topics, hashtags, and emerging issues while preparing periodic analytics and performance reports.
- Ensure the cybersecurity of official social media and digital platforms by implementing security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), account protection, phishing prevention, and threat monitoring.
- Identify and respond to potential cybersecurity risks, unauthorized access attempts, and platform vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with district offices, field teams, and stakeholders to collect quality content, facilitate campaign execution, and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Provide technical support for digital communication activities, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Support live streaming, virtual events, webinars, and online broadcasts by ensuring smooth technical operations.
- Manage server backups, digital asset storage, data security, and routine system maintenance.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues, analytics reports, and security compliance records.
- Collaborate with social media, creative, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital analytics, cybersecurity, social media technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Perform any additional technical or analytics-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Digital Analytics, Cybersecurity, Social Media Management, IT Support, or Digital Operations.
- Strong understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM), social listening, sentiment analysis, and digital performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, account security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), phishing prevention, and data protection best practices.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, system administration, server backup, and IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital communication tools, and live streaming technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Cyber Security, Networking, Microsoft, AWS, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
