Avadh Rail Infra Ltd setup New Foundry/Casting Plant (Avadh Techno Metals) at Haridwar which is
Subsidiary of its group.This position for our New Green field Class A Foundry plant approved by Railways.
Brief Roles & Responsibilities
· Handling Independently Purchase of All Foundry
· Equipments & Cnc Machine Shop Machines ,Ferro Alloys, Cnc Insert & Tools, Refectories, Electrical, Mechanical and Other Purchases for Consumable
· Inventory Management
· Planning & Procurement of material & maintaining optimum level stock
· Negotiations, making comparisons & finalization of rates for material
· Follow – up with the suppliers for timely deliveries of Material
· Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
· Control purchasing department budgets
· Finalization Job Order/ Work Order for Different Project Works
· Preparing BOM and adhering to it for achieving the financials
· Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
· Managed and analyzed budgets, P&L.
· Used key metrics and prepared reports for senior management to monitor performance of commercial activities.
· Negotiated contracts and product prices by collaborating with vendors and developers.
· Conducted market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, business development and expansion.
· Enacted policies while avoiding shortages of critical materials and supplies.
