Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a bridge between consultants, nursing staff, paramedical teams, and patients to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, hospital protocols, and necessary documentation.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation aligns with NABH guidelines and hospital policies.
- Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to patient care and hospital operations.
- Ensure compliance with all NABH and statutory regulations, including proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Patient Care Coordination:
- Monitor patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve patient grievances promptly.
- Follow up on patient feedback and ensure actionable steps are taken for improvement.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in scheduling doctor rounds, surgeries, and other medical services.
- Supervise inventory management for medical supplies and equipment in coordination with the pharmacy and store departments.
- Work closely with the quality team to implement and sustain quality improvement initiatives.
- Training and Awareness:
- Conduct orientation sessions for newly joined staff on NABH protocols and patient care standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality standards and regulatory changes.
- Emergency Support:
- Serve as the point of contact for managing medical emergencies and escalations during critical situations.
- Coordinate with emergency teams for timely patient transfers or escalations to higher-level care.

- BAMS
- Valid State Council Registration
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
