Medinex is an Australian healthcare software platform built for NDIS, SIL, home care, and aged care providers. Our all-in-one platform helps providers streamline rostering, workforce management, participant records, incident reporting, compliance, payroll workflows, AI-powered scheduling, and operational reporting.
To support our growing operations, Medinex has partnered with IT Creative Solutions (India) as our official recruitment and operational representative for India. Successful candidates will work with the Indian team while supporting the growth of Medinex across the Australian healthcare market.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help introduce Medinex to Australian healthcare providers and generate new business opportunities.
Who You'll Be Working With
- Medinex Australia – Product, sales strategy, customer demonstrations and business development.
- IT Creative Solutions (India) – Recruitment, onboarding, operational coordination and day-to-day support for the India-based sales team.
Role Overview
This is a commission-based sales opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and generating business.
You will be responsible for identifying prospective NDIS and aged care providers across Australia, contacting decision-makers, booking software demonstrations, following up with leads, and helping convert prospects into customers.
You will work closely with our Australian management team and receive training on the Medinex platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential NDIS and aged care providers throughout Australia.
- Generate qualified sales leads using LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and other sources.
- Cold call prospective clients.
- Send personalised sales emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Understand client requirements and communicate Medinex's value proposition.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities.
Skills & Requirements Essential
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident telephone communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS sales or software sales.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Understanding of the Australian healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the NDIS sector (preferred but not essential).
- Candidates without NDIS knowledge must be willing to learn through training.
Training Provided
Successful candidates will receive training on:
- Medinex platform features
- NDIS industry basics
- Sales scripts
- Product demonstrations
- Lead qualification
- CRM usage
- Australian customer communication
Compensation
This is a commission-based role.
You will earn commission for every qualified lead that successfully converts into a paying Medinex customer.
High-performing representatives may also be considered for ongoing incentives and future fixed-salary opportunities as the company grows.
