- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are confident in interacting with students, parents, institutional partners, and clients.
- Have strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Can identify potential business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Are target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business development.
- Are comfortable traveling for meetings, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
- Are energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and professionally presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events, educational fairs, and networking meetings.
- Prepare business reports, maintain CRM records, and track sales performance.
- Support the implementation of business expansion initiatives and long-term growth strategies.
