Job Profile
The HR Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations at the showroom level, including recruitment, employee attendance, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes and proper coordination between employees, management, and the corporate HR team.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Joining
- Coordinate showroom hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare employee files and maintain records.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance through HRMS/HR Mantra.
- Follow up for missed punches, regularisation, OD, leave, and comp-off applications.
- Maintain shift schedules and weekly offs.
Payroll Coordination
- Share attendance inputs with payroll team.
- Verify salary-related data, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
- Coordinate for full & final settlements.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HR records.
- Process ID cards, email IDs, and system access requests.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Training & Compliance
- Coordinate employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Ensure employees complete mandatory compliance and HR documentation.
Exit Process
- Handle resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and clearance process.
- Maintain attrition and manpower reports.
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/attendance systems.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and payroll process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and employees efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
