About the Role
Webzent Technologies is a fast‑growing IT solutions provider, delivering innovative digital platforms and services across industries. We empower businesses through technology, talent, and strategic communication.
We are looking for a proactive and result‑driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales growth and generate new business opportunities for our IT services. The candidate will identify potential clients, understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and convert leads into long‑term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads for SEO, PHP, Web Development, and other IT services.
- Business Opportunities: Find new opportunities through online platforms, networking, and market research.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals, quotations, project estimations, and pricing documents.
- Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Good understanding of SEO, PHP, Web Technologies, and Digital Solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of lead generation tools such as Upwork, Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in proposal writing, costing, and client handling.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
