Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Manage visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor and meeting arrangements
- Receive and dispatch couriers, documents, and deliveries
- Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and coordination
- Ensure adherence to office protocols and security procedures
Pay: ₹22,601.34 - ₹30,000.23 per month
