- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and basic charts.
- Ability to handle large datasets and validate data accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL will be an added advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations or inventory-heavy categories will be preferred.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for Amazon and Flipkart, including sales, inventory, payment reconciliation, ads performance and SKU-wise performance.
- Track key business metrics such as sales, DRR, DOH, SOH, MOH, inventory cover,ad spend and TACOS.
- Create dashboards and trackers for recurring management queries, team reviews and business decision-making.
- Analyze trends and highlight performance gaps against targets.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, warehouse and marketplace teams for data collection, validation and issue closure.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely reporting of all MIS data.
- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel / Google Sheets wherever possible.
- Highlight exceptions, risks and action points to the operations team and management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
