Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced professional to lead Student Placements at Technovalley. The Head – Student Placements will be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling strong placement networks with IT companies, startups, MNCs, and government agencies, ensuring 100% placement assistance to our learners.
This role requires a proven track record of successfully placing IT students in reputed organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Placements Division and manage the end-to-end placement process for students across Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI, Full Stack, and related programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and industry leaders to secure placement opportunities.
- Design and execute placement drives, job fairs, and campus connect programs.
- Develop career pathways and placement strategies tailored to industry demand.
- Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and professional readiness.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student skillsets with employer requirements.
- Track, measure, and report placement metrics to management.
- Continuously expand Technovalley’s employer network across India and abroad.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in student placement, talent acquisition, or corporate relations, preferably in the IT / EdTech sector.
- Strong existing network with IT recruiters, MNCs, and technology companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead a team and deliver on aggressive placement targets.
- Passion for student success and career building.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
