We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Math & Science tutors who can make learning engaging, strengthen core concepts, and help students build confidence in their academic journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small-group online tutoring sessions for students in Classes 5–9.
- Teach Mathematics and General Science according to the student's school curriculum.
- Explain concepts clearly using interactive and student-friendly teaching methods.
- Help students with homework, assignments, tests, and school examinations.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Coordinate with TutorHive regarding scheduling and student progress.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science for Classes 5–9.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet teaching environment.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop strong foundational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or other recognized curricula.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Ability to make learning interactive, engaging, and easy to understand.
