About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Producer who’s curious about formats, excited by storytelling, and comfortable balancing creative thinking with execution. Someone who can help bring emotionally sticky stories to life - one reel, short, or series at a time.
This is a full-time role for someone who understands how content moves from idea to prep to shoot to final delivery, and wants to grow inside a fast-moving, high-output storytelling environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and support pre-production, shoot planning, and post-production coordination across projects
- Coordinate with writers, directors, editors, actors, and internal teams to keep productions moving smoothly
- Manage timelines, shoot schedules, trackers, and delivery calendars across active projects
- Coordinate actors, locations, vendors, and other production requirements as per the brief
- Be on-ground during shoots to help manage continuity, styling, props, brand callouts, and overall execution
- Support creative development through research, references, casting inputs, and format exploration
- Help shape content through prep, problem-solving, and day-to-day creative decision-making
- Stay plugged into social trends, storytelling formats, and internet culture to help fuel ListenTBH’s content style
You’re Someone Who:
- Has 3-4 years of experience in production, creative agencies, content studios, or digital storytelling setups
- Understands short-form storytelling and platform behaviour across digital-first formats
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Has a strong sense of ownership and can independently drive coordination and execution
- Wants to grow as a producer within a storytelling-first content environment
- Communicates clearly, works well under pressure, and is comfortable on-ground during shoots
- Has both creative instinct and operational reliability
Bonus If You:
- Have worked on fiction, branded content, or creator-led shoots
- Have a good eye for casting, styling, references, and performance-led storytelling
- Understand how content is shaped differently for audience retention, emotional payoff, and platform fit
