Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage qualified sales leads.
- Conduct project presentations and property site visits.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment plans with prospective buyers.
- Drive end-to-end sales closures and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate documentation, booking formalities, and payment collections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for seamless sales execution.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate sales and deal closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value transactions.
- Knowledge of residential real estate markets in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
