Job Title: Field Engineer – CCTV, DMS & GPS Installation

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Engineer responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, DMS (Driver Monitoring Systems), and GPS tracking devices at customer locations. The role requires regular field travel, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories at client locations.
- Install and commission of DMS (Driver Monitoring Systems) in vehicles.
- Install and configure GPS tracking devices and ensure proper connectivity and live tracking functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network-related issues onsite.
- Conduct testing and quality checks after installation to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide basic training and demonstrations to customers/end users.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and update job status in company systems.
- Coordinate with the support team for escalations and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs during field work.
- Maintain tools, inventory, and installation materials assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV, GPS, or vehicle electronics installation preferred.
- Knowledge of wiring, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with mobile apps/software related to GPS and DMS systems.
- Ability to travel extensively for field assignments.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in vehicle-based installations.
- Knowledge of IP cameras, networking, and telematics systems.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in field/remote locations.
- Flexible with working hours as per project requirements.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
