Job Summary:
Office Staff are responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations. They help ensure the office runs efficiently by handling documentation, communication, and basic office management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform data entry and update company databases.
- Welcome and assist visitors or clients.
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (depending on company requirement).
