- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce OMS implementations ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Analyze and optimize order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce OMS best practices and industry standards
- Mentor and support junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Technology Computer Applications or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with Salesforce OMS and Order Management Systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC processes
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce OMS implementations and optimizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous
