About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Associates to support our Customer Relationship Management team in handling client coordination, follow-ups, reporting, and project communication within our construction and real estate operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and experience in customer support or CRM-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRM Managers in day-to-day customer coordination activities
- Handle customer follow-ups, updates, and communication
- Maintain CRM records, reports, and customer databases
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, and Project Teams
- Assist in documentation and customer relationship management
- Ensure timely updates and smooth customer engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Coordination, or Real Estate-related roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems preferred
- Candidates from Bengaluru or nearby preferred
