Basic Requirements:
- Please note: Freshers and junior candidates are not eligible for this role.Minimum 7+ years’ prior experience in transactional property law
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in property and real estate transactions
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Tamil property documents (mandatory)
- Strong experience in title due diligence, conveyancing, and drafting/vetting of property-related documents
- Ability to render legal opinions and independently handle end-to-end property matters
- Excellent drafting skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
