We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Sampling In-Charge with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in embroidery sampling and machine operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of embroidery machines, designs, fabrics, threads, needles, and sampling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete embroidery sampling process from design setup to final sample.
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines efficiently.
- Set up machines and load embroidery designs accurately.
- Check samples for placement, size, stitch quality, density, thread color, and finishing.
- Select suitable fabrics, threads, needles, and machine settings for different samples.
- Identify and resolve embroidery and machine-related issues during sampling.
- Coordinate with digitizers, production teams, and other departments for sample development.
- Review embroidery samples and ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Make necessary machine and process adjustments to achieve the desired output.
- Monitor sampling timelines and ensure samples are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain records of samples, design requirements, and production details.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with quality, production, and safety standards.
- Support the team in achieving daily sampling targets and maintaining consistent output.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
