We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to help scale our team of technical experts and sales professionals.
Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You will act as the bridge between department heads and potential talent, ensuring we hire individuals who align with our technical standards and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media, and local networks in Kerala.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles such as Service Engineers, IT Support, Sales Managers, and Accountants.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical and management interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document verification, offer letter issuance, and orientation for new joiners.
- Database Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and update the internal recruitment database regularly.
- Employer Branding: Represent IBO Infotech at local job fairs and college placement drives to build a strong talent pool.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is preferred).
- Experience: 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or Hardware/Networking sector.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical job requirements (e.g., networking, servers, cybersecurity) to screen candidates effectively.
- Communication: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential for coordinating with local candidates and management.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with HRMS or recruitment tools.
