Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to assist in the execution of factory construction projects. The candidate will support day-to-day site activities, ensure work is carried out according to project plans, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with contractors and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely execution.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and scheduling site activities.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during construction.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or delays.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or quality concerns.
- Verify completed work before submitting for inspection.
- Attend site meetings and implement instructions from project managers.
- Support commissioning and handover activities upon project completion.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering drawings.
- Ability to read civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings (preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Candidates
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial construction projects.
- Internship or project experience in construction will be an added advantage.

Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
