About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in generating qualified leads for software development, mobile app development, web development, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building prospect pipelines, and driving business growth through various lead generation channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads for software development, mobile application development, web development, AI/ML solutions, and custom IT services.
- Research and target potential clients across industries including Healthcare, Real Estate, E-commerce, Education, Logistics, FinTech, and Startups.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other B2B databases to identify prospects.
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and timelines.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls between prospects and the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation for IT services, software development companies, or technology consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of Software Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development, SaaS, AI Solutions, and Digital Transformation services.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in email outreach, cold calling, and social selling techniques.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify high-value prospects.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating leads from US, UK, UAE, Australia, and European markets.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology solutions.
- Familiarity with proposal generation and sales processes in the IT services sector.
- Experience working with offshore software development services.
