Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepares foods for cooking or serving.
- Inspects facilities, equipment, or supplies to ensure conformance with standards
- Monitors food services operations to ensure procedures are followed
- Trains food preparation or food service personnel
- Suggest menu options
- Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served
- Compiles and maintains daily morning student meal counts and production records of food use
- Maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and equipment as needed
- Bake bread, rolls, or other pastries
- Anticipates problems, where possible, and recommends appropriate policies to the Food services supervisor.
- Monitors the use of government food commodities to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
Requirement and Skills
- The candidate must have at least passed the 8th standard.
- Required any craft course in Food and Beverage Production.
- Minimum Age : 25 -45 years
- Candidates with experience in bulk cooking (Indian, Chinese, South Indian & North Indian dishes)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
