Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate across departments and maintain action trackers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business correspondence.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and documents.
- Conduct internet research and gather information as required.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with administrative and occasional personal tasks assigned by the MD.
Required Skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills (Most Important Requirement).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and get things done through effective coordination.
Experience & Qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline. Secretarial qualifications will be preferred.
- Experience supporting senior management or directors is an advantage.

- Stable career history with long-term employment.
- Resides within reasonable commuting distance from the office.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable handling both professional and administrative assignments.
Salary₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
