- Assess patients' physical condition and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and dialysis machines.
- Recognize changes in a patient's condition and respond promptly during emergencies.
- Assist doctors during procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation (CPR/Code Blue).
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, patient records, and medication charts.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Perform wound care, suctioning, catheter care, and other specialized nursing procedures.
- Ensure strict infection prevention and control practices.
- Educate and support patients' families regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
- Coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collect blood and other specimens for laboratory testing.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity while providing critical care.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgery, or transfer to other units.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and continuing education programs.
- Maintain ICU equipment and ensure emergency supplies are readily available.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
