We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Support employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of statutory compliances
- Familiarity with HR software/ATS
