Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential donors, CSR partners, and funding opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, individual donors, and foundations
- Prepare fundraising proposals, concept notes, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings with CSR teams and prospective donors
- Follow up on funding discussions and partnership opportunities
- Support donor engagement activities, campaigns, and events
- Maintain donor database and fundraising records
- Coordinate with program teams for reports, impact stories, and utilization documents
- Assist in social media and digital fundraising initiatives
- Ensure timely submission of donor reports and acknowledgements
Skills Required:
- Relevant experience in 2 or more years in NGO/ Corporate
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CSR and NGO sector preferred
- Basic MS Office and email communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
