We are looking for an energetic, creative, and data-curious Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to get hands-on experience building a real-world brand presence.
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing our online strategy across multiple channels:
- Meta Ads Management: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our interior design services.
- Social Media Management: Help plan, create, and schedule highly engaging daily content (Reels, Posts, and Stories) across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our design and on-site teams to gather raw footage, project photos, and transformation stories, using tools like Canva or CapCut to edit them.
- SEO & Website Assistance: Help optimize basic website content, conduct keyword research, and assist in local SEO strategies to drive organic leads.
- Lead Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking basic metrics across Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics 4, maintaining simple reports on campaign performance and ad spend ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive local talent in Kolkata with a passion for digital storytelling.
- Education/Experience: Open to students or freshers pursuing degrees in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields. Certifications in digital marketing or Meta Blueprint are a strong plus.
- Location: Must be residing in Kolkata and comfortable traveling to our New Town office on assigned days.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and video editing apps.
- Soft Skills: Strong written communication, a pulse on active social media trends, and a sharp eye for aesthetic visual details.
Stipend & Compensation
- Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month (performance-linked structure based on campaign delivery and consistency).
