Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement inspection plans and procedures
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
Perform and supervise inspections (incoming, in-process, final)
Handle advanced inspection equipment:
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
Profile Projector
Surface Roughness Tester
Analyze results and prepare inspection reports
Identify defects and perform root cause analysis
Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards
Maintain calibration systems
Support audits and documentation
Train and guide inspectors and shop floor personnel
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
